If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days from the original ship date for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Items must be in a new condition with original tags and/or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend that you insure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. If the return is due to our mistake, Walker Ware will pay for the return shipping.
Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of the original ship date. If an item is damaged, Walker Ware will pay for return shipping and replace the item.
Customized & Special Order Merchandise
All sales for customized items and special order items are final. Customized items and special order items will be replaced if they arrive damaged. They cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
All Walker Ware Outlet sales are final. Outlet items will be replaced if they arrive damaged or the value will be refunded if no replacement is available. They cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.
Prior to shipping your return you must contact Walker Ware for an authorization code. Failure to do so may result in refused receipt of your package. See the steps for returning merchandise provided below.
Steps to Return Merchandise
- Call or email Walker Ware. Identify what you are returning, the invoice number, and the reason for returning it. Walker Ware will determine the appropriate action and provide a return authorization number if necessary.
- Once authorized, prepare your item for return to Walker Ware.Please insure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. If Walker Ware is paying for the return shipping, we will provide additional instructions at this time.
- Walker Ware will process your refund or exchange once we receive the returned merchandise. Refunds made to your credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear.
